● Order Process Time: Most orders will be processed and arranged shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. However, the process time may be longer when come across the holiday.
● Shipping Areas: We accept orders from US & Canada, West and North Europe, Australia and New Zealand and other countries. If your shipping country is not listed in the below, please email to us for query.
● Shipping Method: Normally the items will be sending out from HongKong or Singapore via International Air Mail or Register Air Mail (offered a register number for track purpose). You can vist www.hongkongpost.com or www.singpost.com to trace the package, also we try to offer as many shipping methods as possible to suit every customer's preferences
● Shipping Time Estimate: To USA and Canada, it usually will take 14-21 business days to delivery. To other countries the delivery time is vary.

● Ordering more than one item? Combine your orders and save (Please contact us for the quotes). Bulk orders (more then ten items) may email us for a special quote.

● Tax Responsibility: All of parcels will be declaimed as Gift and we always try the best to Legally Minimize your import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). In the most cases of shipping, there is none duty payable. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

● Payment Method Accept: Paypal is the only acceptable payment method currently, it is a safe and popular online payment method, if you do not have a PayPal account, please go to www.paypal.com to register one.

● Refund Accept: if you do not want the purchase, you can submit refund request, however, you must return the goods by you self, if by the mistake order and we do not arrange shipment, you can ask us to cancel the order and refund to you.

● The item is ALL BRAND NEW and in the original factory box and packing, All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
● Six (6) months Manufacture's Warranty is offered for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt)
● Defective items Must BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and the original package.). We will give you a return ID. Meanwhile please tell us what the defect is, to eliminate improper use.
● Return shipping fee be responsible from buyer.
